Our building is truly unique, as it is one of the few grandfathered hotel properties that allow short-term rentals. This privilege is exclusively managed by Island Colony Partners. Additionally, the property boasts a 24-hour front desk, ensuring convenience and security for residents and guests.
Owners who wish to engage in short-term rentals must be approved by our office and participate in one of our designated programs. These programs are designed to ensure compliance with local regulations. Owners who are not part of our short-term rental programs have three options:
- Long-Term Rentals: Lease their unit for extended periods.
- Personal Residence: Live in their unit.
- Vacant Unit: Keep their unit unoccupied.
Island Colony offers two short-term rental programs tailored to fit your investment goals and meet your needs. By participating in these programs, owners can maximize their rental income while ensuring their units are managed professionally and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
At Island Colony Partners, we proudly serve as the exclusive operator for owners seeking short-term rentals of less than 30 days. Currently, over 300 units are engaging in short term rentals making our building highly desirable. To join our programs and enjoy the associated benefits, all owners wishing to participate in short-term rentals must enroll in one of the two programs we offer. Additionally, all guests are required to check in through our 24-hour front desk.
