We Offer Two Rental Programs:
The Hotel Pool program and Short-Term License (STL) rental program.
Hotel Pool Program
The Hotel Pool program is ideal for homeowners who prefer a hands-off approach, that allows a lot of flexibility for owner use, and hotel staff manages all aspects such as booking reservations, check-in/check-out, cleaning, maintenance, taxes etc.
Short- Term License
The Short-Term License program is designed for those who desire more control over their unit and gives owner’s the ability to select their own guests and make their own pricing.
Rooftop Rental Program
We now offer Rental services on our newly renovated Rooftop deck for all your special occasions such as Wedding receptions, Birthday parties, Graduation parties, Anniversary parties, Work parties, etc.
