WHAT’S GOING ON AT SKYLINE AT ISLAND COLONY?
PROJECTED DECEMBER RESULTS December has turned out to be the best month we’ve had since the start of the pandemic. With occupancies near 85%, ADR will finish about $152 and top line revenue goals have been surpassed. The return of the Honolulu Marathon provided us with some bookings and we saw a good base with success from our November Cyber Sale. The Navy provided us with some great business due to the issues with the water contamination of base. This piece of business, in conjunction with our regular TLA Military business boosted Revenues from the middle of the month to end the year into 2022.
FUTURE OUTLOOK 2022 has started off well with January pace exceeding 2021 numbers and the first quarter showing signs of early success as we head into the New Year. The uncertainty of the Omicron virus could put a damper on business as we await the re-opening of our Asia Market. With Hawaii daily COVID counts on the rise again, we are hopeful new COVID restrictions will not be in place once again as it hurt the Hospitality Industry in the past.
