Island Colony, located in the heart of Waikiki, was built in 1979 and features 740 units, comprising both studio and one-bedroom options. Our building is truly unique, as it is one of the few grandfathered hotel properties that allow short-term rentals. This privilege is exclusively managed by Island Colony Partners.

Additionally, the property boasts a 24-hour front desk, ensuring convenience and security for residents and guests. Owners who wish to engage in short-term rentals must be approved by our office and participate in one of our designated programs. These programs are designed to ensure compliance with local regulations. Owners who are not part of our short-term rental programs have three options:
